Vegan Banana Bread infused with Damiana (or any herb of your choice)

This banana bread is hands down the best I've ever had. I know alot of people say this about their recipes, but I am not kidding. After being a chef for 10 years I promise you, this vegan banana bread is so moist and perfect, it will not disappoint. Vegan or not it's THE BEST.

I added damiana in this recipe but you can use any herb you like. Our tinctures are in the shop so go there to pick out your herbal infusion!

Now onto the recipe... 

Make sure to use high quality ingredients, especially the chocolate. It makes all the difference. I use organic cane sugar and it helped the recipe alot!


Banana Bread Muffins- vegan

Yields 15 in a large muffin tin



  • 1 C Vegan Butter (I use earth balance)  
  • 2 C sugar
  • 6 Bananas
  • 2 t herbal tincture
  • 3 C flour
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • 1 C vegan vanilla yogurt 
  • 2 t Vanilla
  • 1 C Walnuts
  • 1 C chocolate chips


  • Preparation
  • Mix all wet ingredients- add your herbal tincture here. 2t of damiana or blue lotus, or any herbal tincture.
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Mix together and fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Grease pan (Pam works best)
  • Bake at 375* Scoop as muffins or as a loaf or cake pan
